The villa is arranged on three floors. On the ground floor, apart from the reception, there is a comfortable lounge where you can sit and drink tea or just read. There is also a splendid balcony in every room, where you can relax and immerse yourself into the upcoming morning of a new wonderful day in the atmosphere of Olympic Beach. There is an amazing fusion of calmness and tranquility at the villa with hectic noise outside.

The rooms are arranged on the first, second, and third floors. On the top floor, there is also a charming terrace or solarium available for the use of guests, from where you can enjoy the wonderful view. A cup of tea or coffee, a favorite book on the table, and a breath-taking view in front – this is all you need to relax and feel the delightful emotions of your vacation.

Queen Zoe has a rich history with many interesting facts and occasions that had an impact on its establishment. But through the whole period of its formation, Queen Zoe was always liked by visitors.

Queen Zoe’s history begins in 1980 when a man named bought a piece of land in the heart of Olympic Beach to build a house for himself. But as he came to realize, it was not meant to be his home. As people from all over the Balkans were coming to Olympic Beach, he became friends with a lot of them and was hosting them in his own house. As such he understood that the purpose of his establishment was to offer a place where people can relax and forget about their problems. From 1980 the active works on this area took place and till 1983 the building was finished.

Since that time the hotel never lost its popularity and only developed and increased in size. It is renovated regularly and the current owners care about the building conditions as well as timely renewal.
